Lower Meadow Primary Academy

We have recently installed solar panels to a Primary School in Sheffield, England.

Christmas came early for the primary school as our solar installers completed the installation and fitting of the new solar panels just one week before Christmas. This means that from the new school semester going forwards, the school will be able to take advantage of green energy that will substantially lower their energy bills whilst also helping the country get to net zero faster.

This solar installation for the school is the first of five solar installations we are contracted to complete in the Sheffield area.

The new solar panel system we have installed

Lower Meadow Primary School can now proudly boast that it has a new 16.6 kwp system installed at their educational facility. Made up of 40 DMEGC 415w solar panels that are mounted onto a Van Der Valk ballasted mounting system, the new solar panel system is connected to a Solaredge Inverter.

In total, the new system will generate over 13,500 kWh per annum and will reduce the schools reliance on the national grid by a whopping 20%!!!
